When emailing, please include your name! If you are inquiring about a clock you own, please include the model number and an idea of what the problem may be. A picture of the front would certainly be a big plus! If you have a Westminster clock, please also include a picture of the movement. Etsy will allow you to attach 3 pictures on every message.
